Welcome to Kalandraka...

  

...the climbing-refuge of Rodellar in the spanish pyrenees.

Kalandraka is a place made by climbers for climbers, by friends for friends.
It is dedicated to the needs of all these fanatic, travelling, freaky weirdos who love and live climbing, like us.

Kalandraka consists of seven small traditional stone-houses, spread over a wounderfull terrain of 8'000 m2 with a little oak-forest, at the most beautiful place of Rodellar, right above the canyon of the river Mascun with all its climbing-sectors.

WE ARE OPEN TROUGHOUT THE WHOLE YEAR. More details you find below these lines in the "News" and as well in the part "Refuge"



NEWS:

05/11/2012 - BAR AND REFUGE OPEN DURING THE WINTER!

From the 12th of November on the bar will be open on weekends for sure and during the week as soon as there are guests. The refuge will always be open for accommodation. Call us on +34 639 44 77 27 if we are not around when you pass and we will head over (we are in the village!).

09/03/2012 - BAR OPEN EVERY DAY AGAIN

From now on we are fully open again. The Bar opens daily and we offer the whole service of the Refuge.
THIS YEAR SPRING OFFERS PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR CLIMBING, THERE ARE NO BETTER... A MUERTEEE ;-)

30/11/2011 - REDUCED SERVICE in WINTER

From December to March the bar is usually not open. Instead one little house is arranged as living room and as always there are the dormitories and the public kitchen. The living room and the dorms are heated.

07/09/2011 - FREE PARKING for our guests

KALANDRAKA DOES NOT AGREE with the new regulation of the public parking in Rodellar. It is incomprehensible to us to ask 3€ to leave a car for a day and 12€ for a night in a parking that is not eaven supervised.

WE OFFER A FREE PARKING for our guests, where they can leave their car!

06/15/2011 - Festival Kalandraka 2011 cancelled

This year 2011 the Festival Kalandraka takes a break. Of course we continue organizing concerts.
